2 Out of the "Site Actions" menu click the "Site Environments" option and consequently click the "Site Collection Features" link under the "Website Collection Administration" heading.

3 Click the "Turn on" button to enable the "Workplace SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure" feature.

4 Away from the "Website Actions" menu, select the "Site Settings" option and click the "Navigation" link to modify the worldwide navigation with your site.

5 To the right of the "Navigation Editing and Sorting" heading, pick the top bar link underneath which you want to add some sub menu.

6 Click the "Add Link..." option from the menu bar. Enter any title also the link. Click the "Open link within new window" check box if you need the link to open up a separate window. Add descriptive text and then indicate specific audience members by way of their user names, if appropriate. Click the "Ok" button. Click the "Ok" button on the "Site Navigation Settings" page and your new link will appear under the heading you specified as component of the drop-down list.

7 Add additional heading and links with any free time to further customize your website.
