1 Unplug the electrical cord about the GE Profile dryer from the electrical outlet before attempting to take the dryer apart.

2 Pull the dryer door open and position the screws underneath the top lid. Loosen the screws through any screwdriver.

3 Flip the best lid back so it rests on the rear hinges.

4 Locate the screws on the top of the top panel on the inside regarding the cupboard. Unfasten the screws also tilt the the front panel apart from the cupboard. Unfasten the door change connector from the back of the front panel, tugging it off the metal forks by hand.
