Find out to save games to your Xbox 360's hard drive.

Instructions

1 Make assured your difficult drive is correctly attached to the best of the Xbox 360 console. It should be seated decisively within the hard-drive slot on the top of the console.

2 Turn on the console and insert the disc about the game you want to save to the hard drive.

3 Navigate to "My Xbox" on the Dashboard screen. The game you inserted will appear on the first card.

4 Press the "Y" button on the controller. Do not press "A" at this point; this will pick the disc. The "Game Details" screen will available when "Y" is pressed.

5 Pick the "Install to Tough Drive" option from the first panel. This will save the game on your hard drive. Most games take five to ten minutes to conserve.

6 Press the "A" button on the controller while the screen indicates that the game's installation is 100 percent complete.

7 Choose "Perform out of Hard Drive" to play the game away from the hard drive without delay. If you desire to perform the game from the difficult drive at a later time, put in the disc also press "Y" when the game appears on the first card. "Perform out of Tough Drive" will appear as an choice.

Suggestions & Warnings

The game disc must be inserted into the Xbox 360 in order to perform games off of the hard drive. Various games can never be saved on the hard drive.
