Michael Mina's first-ever cocktail lounge, CLOCK BAR, in the lobby of San Francisco's historic Westin St. Francis hotel seeks a friendly mixologist to join the team.Bartender:The Bartender is responsible for selling and serving food and mixed beverages using hospitality and graciousness in guest interactions. Duties include preparing and serving beverages, overseeing bar maintenance and managing inventory. Performs duties in a pleasant, conscientious, fun, energetic, and professional manner. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service.Requirements:Bartender/Mixologist (downtown / civic / van ness) 2 years of bartending experience in a fine dining environment. Extensive wine & spirits knowledge. Must be minimum age to serve alcohol.
