Ooi Chong Seong is the President and founder of Legenda Schooling Group (LEG). Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong with more than a decade of knowledge inside the field of higher education, is recognised as a pioneer of non-public tertiary education in Malaysia. Prior to the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held several senior administration positions, both in private and public firms and it is recognised like a prominent member of the business enterprise community.

He holds an Superior Diploma in Business from the Affiliation of Company Executives (“ABE”), United kingdom and Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (“CIM”), United kingdom. He is also a Fellow member of both ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution towards the state and his groundbreaking function in the field of greater education in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ by the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also not too long ago awarded the award of the “10 Best Abroad Chinese Entrepreneur” at the China International Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
