nformal, conversational interview - no predetermined questions are asked, in order to remain as open and adaptable as you possibly can towards the interviewee’s nature and priorities; throughout the interview the interviewer “goes while using flow”. General interview guide approach - designed to ensure that the same general aspects of information are collected from each interviewee; this supplies more focus compared to the conversational approach, but nonetheless allows a diploma of freedom and suppleness to get the knowledge through the interviewee.
