Microsoft Internet Explorer yous included seeing that the default Online browser in Windows XP. The version of Internet Explorer that is ships by means of Windows XP includes groups of pre-defined favorites already added to the Favorites list, including a "Microsoft Websites" folder with links to website and related websites and some "Links" folder together with links to websites similar as Hotmail and the Windows Marketplace. If you do never need the set of favorites included in Links folder, you may remove the Links folder away from Web Explorer in Windows XP.

Difficulty: Effortless

1 Click the "Favorites" link on the Internet Explorer menu bar. This opens the decrease-lower list of favorites, listed in the order within which they were extra for the most recent favorites at the bottom of the list.

2 Position and correct-click on the "Links" folder in the list of favorites in the drop-lower menu. This opens some context menu.

3 Click the "Delete" link in the context menu. This opens the Verify Folder Delete window.

4 Click the "Yes" button in the Confirm Folder Delete window. This removes the Links folder and finisheds the course of action.
